HRF.1.           Apologies

HRF.2.           Declaration of interests and requests for dispensations.

HRF.4.           To resolve on whether to move into Closed Session to discuss staffing matters Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage.

HRF.5            To consider a request from Borough Cllr. Macdonald for monies up to £1000 for the additional cost for a contractor with street accreditation. Any remainder to be put towards ongoing maintenance.

HRF.6.           To receive an update on HR matters and agree a date for the clerk’s appraisal.

HRF.7.           To review the budget and consider additional requirements on personnel employed and maintenance projects.
