    b) PAP/2021/0304 Hillcrest Kennels & Cattery, Birmingham Road, Water Orton – Erection of large glasshouse to be used for production of fruit, vegetables and plants for wholesale trade. Retention of Kennels on frontage
  14. To approve the maintenance committee bring design options for replacing the Bus Shelter on Birmingham Road to the council for consideration.
  15. To receive an up date from the HR committee and retrospectively approve hiring a cleaner for the pavilion.     
  16. To consider obtaining a piece of land for health and wellbeing.
  17. To approve the offer from Beaver Metals for the transfer of a piece of land to the council.
