You are invited to attend a meeting of the Steerings Committee of Water Orton Parish Council to be held at the Pavilion, Openfield Croft at 8:15pm on Thursday 19th January 2023 at which the following business will be transacted. Any member unable to attend should forward their apologies to the Clerk of the Committee.

S23/01 To elect a Chair of the Steerings Committee: To elect a chair of the steerings ctte for the remainder of the 22-23 term.
S23/02. To consider the co-option of members to the Steerings Committee: To consider the co-option of any candidates wishing to sit on the Steerings Committee (both Parish Council Members and Non-Members may sit on this committee)
S23/03. Apologies: To receive and approve reasons for absence
S23/04. Declarations of Interest and dispensations: To receive Declarations of Interests and consider grant of dispensations of which written notice has been received by the Clerk.
S23/05. Consideration of absent policies: To consider recommendation of template policies for where these are referred to in existing documents but are presently absent. Appendix 1
