You are invited to the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Pavilion, Openfield Croft on Thursday 12th May at 7.00pm for the transaction of the following council business.  Up to fifteen minutes will be set aside for members of the public to ask questions or put their views to the council. Participants are restricted to 3 minutes.

The official meeting will start at 7.15pm or at the conclusion of the public forum, whichever is sooner.

d) To approve the back pay for HMRC’s increase in clerk’s expenses for working from home since April 2020 from £4 per week to £6 per week.

a) PAP/2022/0191 – 46 Birmingham Road, Extension to detached annexe

22.22   To consider selling the tractor and attachments and purchase a small van for the caretakers to use

The tractor is not fit for purpose and the caretakers are having to use their own vehicles for carrying out duties around the village.

22.23   To consider if it wishes to pay WCC to keep street lighting on during the night

Members to discuss if they wish to help with paying for street lighting in the village to remain on and to determine which roads should be included.
