22.4 Public Participation – Up to fifteen minutes will be set aside for members of the public to ask questions or put their views to the council. Participants are restricted to 3 minutes.

22.6 Declaration of Interest and requests for dispensation: (To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider granting dispensation(s), as per written requests received by the proper officer, to councillors under section 22 of the Act.
