F22/01. To elect a Chair of the Finance Committee: To nominate and elect a Chair of the Finance Committee for 2022/23.
F22/02. Apologies: To receive and approve reasons for absence
F22/03. Declarations of Interest and dispensations: To receive Declarations of Interests and consider grant of dispensations of which written notice has been received by the Clerk.
F22/04. Budget Monitoring 2022/23 & Draft Budget 2023/24: To discuss the Budget Monitoring Report including the anticipated actuals to the end of 2022/23 and the preliminary draft budget for 2023/24 (Appendix 1)
F22/05. Statement of Internal Controls and Annual Review of the effectiveness of Internal Controls To consider the adoption of the Statement of Internal Controls and to review their effectiveness in due course. (Appendix 2)
F22/06. Unity Trust: To consider setting up a dual authorisation bank account with Unity Trust at a cost of £6 per month in order to improve existing controls for the making of payments.
